HOW TO SIGN UP ON GOOGLE ADSENSE

Their is 5 step to sign up on the google adsense:

1.SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.

The most important thing for success with AdSense is having a website with great content that delights your users - before you apply to AdSense, check that your site has interesting and original content. And of course, you need visitors too, or no one will see your ads, so make sure that people know about your site before you place ads on it.There are some rules about what kind of content is acceptable which you should read.

2.VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION

Google adsense will check the information in your application (your address, URL, etc.) and send you an email regarding the status of your application within one day.
If your application is not approved, you'll receive an email explaining the disapproval reason and the possible next steps that you can take.

3.PLACES ADS ON YOUR WEBSITES

Once GOOGLE ADSENSE verified your information, it's time for you to create your first ad unit and place the ad code on the URL that you provided in your application. Make sure to place your ad code on a webpage that receives traffic.
You'll only see blank ad units on your site until you've passed the second review and we fully activate your AdSense account. You'll also see a red bar across the top of your account saying that you're still under review.

4.REVIEW ON YOUR ACCOUNT APPROVAL

Once GOOGLE ADSENSE  systems detect that you've placed the ad code on a live page, GOOGLE ADSENSE automatically continue the review process and check that your site complies with our policies. When GOOGLE ADSENSE completed the second review, GOOGLE ADSENSE send you an email letting you know the status of your application. This process can take up to a week.
If your application is not approved at this stage, you'll receive an email explaining the disapproval reason and the possible next steps that you can take.

5.APPROVED

Your AdSense account is now fully activated. The red bar across the top of your account is gone and within a few hours you’ll begin to see live ads.

6 Ways to Burn Your Belly Fat Fast (Jennifer Cohen, Contributor)

1. Sleep
If you want to work late at night, think again. When your biorhythms are off, you end up eating more. When you’re tired you produce more ghrelin, which triggers cravings for sugar and other fat-building foods. Losing sleep can also alter your hormone production, affecting your cortisol levels that cause insulin sensitivity, prime reasons for belly fat! Getting about 7 hours of sleep a night is one of the best things you can do for your body shaping goals.
2. Short bursts of exercises
1000 crunches a night may get you strong abdominal muscles, but with a full layer of fat on top, you will not get the results you really want. Instead of all those crunches, do exercises that engage multiple muscle groups and work your cardiovascular system. Try planking, where you hold yourself in a push-up position, resting your forearms on the ground. Try 3 or 4 sets of holding for 30 seconds each. Getting up and moving throughout the day by going for walks will also help.
3. Sugar is your Enemy
Fighting belly fat is 80% healthy diet. Reduce calories by filling yourself up with protein, vegetables, whole grains, and replacing bad habit snacks with good ones. For example, if you have a sugar craving, replace your calorie laden latte with a Muscle Milk lite, one of my favorites, because it has zero sugar and a ton of protein that will satiate while also torching my sugar craving! Another great trick is a sprinkle of cinnamon in your morning coffee or oatmeal- the spice has been shown to help stabilize blood sugar. It also slows the rate at which food exits the stomach, which helps you feel fuller longer.
4. Vitamin C
When you’re under extreme stress, you secret more cortisol hormone. Vitamin C helps balance the cortisol spikes that happen to you under this stress. Besides being a good way to counteract a cold, Vitamin C is also essential for making carnitine, a compound used by the body to turn fat into fuel, making this vitamin your fat burning friend.
If you’re going through an emotional crisis, stress from work, or a bad eating splurge, increase your vitamin C – it’ll help counteract the negative side effects. Try bell peppers, kale or kiwi fruits. These have even more Vitamin C than the famous Orange
5. Eat Fat
Yup, you heard me! It takes fat to burn fat. Like I said above, it’s sugar that gets you fat, not fat. Good fats include foods rich in Omega 3′s, like salmon, avocados & walnuts. These foods are full of nutrients that help keep you satiated throughout the day.
6. Slowing down your breath
This is a very simple method that you can use even when you’re in the midst of doing something else. Whenever you notice you’re feeling tense and uptight check and see how you’re breathing. Most people under stress either alternate holding their breath with short breaths, or take rapid shallow breaths. After you become aware of your own breathing, consciously relax your belly and slow down the breathing. This works best if you focus on slowing down the exhalation rather than your inhalation. With each exhalation you can say to yourself “slow down”. That is all there is to it- Simple but surprisingly effective!!!

HOW TO INCREASE BLOG TRAFFIC?? Edited by Gladioolers, The Thanker, Luv_sarah, Maluniu and 10 others

Today, i will post on my blog about the way to increase the blog traffic... i get this article on the wikihow
i hope this will help all of us to increase our blog traffic..

1.Create great content. Interesting content that can't be found anywhere else is what will keep readers coming back to your site once they get there. If your content isn't unique or compelling, no one will want to visit your blog. Work on writing posts that offer your readers something informative, interesting, or fun that they can't find on other sites.

2.Choose a catchy and descriptive title. The title of your blog is one of the first things that readers will see and one of the factors that search engines use to determine what your blog is about. The title of your blog should let readers know right away what your blog is about. It should be easy to remember, not too long, and not too similar to another website's name.

3.Make your site easy to use. Good design won't save bad content, but bad design can keep readers from looking at your site. Make sure your blog is easy to read and that your most important features are easy to find. Recruit a few friends to check out the site and tell you if they have any problems getting around and reading your posts. Depending on what platform you're using, you may have limited control over the design of your blog, but take the time to learn how to customize what you can and make your site as user friendly as possible.

4.Publicize your site. Tell all your friends that you have a new blog. Ask them to check it out and recommend it to their friends. You can do this by talking directly to your friends, sending instant messages or by putting a link to your blog in your web forum signature.

5.Ask for link exchanges. Seek out blogs and websites that cover the same material you do in your blog and ask if they would like to exchange links. If they accept, they will put links to your blog on their sites and you will put links to their sites on yours. You can also exchange links with friends, but keep in mind that their websites may not have the same focus as your blog and their readers may not be interested in what you're writing about.

"No Love Without Knowing Each Other"

By Rohana Mustaffa

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 4 (Bernama) -- "People say when something is being mentioned many times, then it becomes an invocation," said Indah when asked why she chose that name.

Han Xiao, as with the other undergraduates at Beijing University's Foreign Studies, were encouraged to pick a Malay name when they signed up to learn the Malay language and she chose the name 'Indah'.

Indah said she chose Bahasa Melayu due to the beauty of the language.

"When I heard Bahasa Melayu for the first time, I was captivated by its style, rhythm and sway that are sweet to the ears," she said.

And because of these, Indah fell in love with the language and signed for four years of learning Bahasa Melayu at Beijing University. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Malay Literature, she read Malay Language and socio-culture for her Master's degree at University Malaya.

Last year, she obtained her Master's degree and received her scroll at a convocation yesterday (Tuseday). She is currently doing her PhD at the university.

Indah began by learning the alphabets in Bahasa Melayu and was fortunate to have no problems pronouncing the "rrr" as compared to her 20 coursemates who came from all over China. Their lecturers were also Chinese nationals, who were assisted by language experts from Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP).

Now, the faculty has the Bahasa Melayu chair held by Prof Dr Awang Sariyan.

Develop problem-solving skills, students urged

PUTRAJAYA: Students must not only equip themselves with professional skills but also generic ones if they were to become future drivers of a high-income nation.

Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said while ac-quiring professional expertise was crucial, students should develop sound problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with new ideas.

"Students should not restrict themselves to seeking knowledge merely during lectures but be more creative in acquiring knowledge from various avenues and sources.

"This includes participation in activities that could expose them to various experiences, skills and knowledge that cannot be gained during lectures.

"Leadership and organisational management skills, for example, can be acquired and sharpened through participation in associations or clubs at institutions of higher learning," Muhyiddin, who is also education minister, said at the opening of the National Students Consultative Council meeting at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre, here yesterday.

Also present was Higher Education Minister, Datuk Seri Mohd Khaled Nordin.

Muhyiddin said students' participation and engagement in discourses could also enhance their thinking and analytical skills.

They could also master the art of putting their arguments across besides churning out good ideas and suggestions.

They, he said should build on these vital skills during their university days.
